Terms & Conditions
1) TERMS OF RC CAR SUMMER CAMP:
The undersigned, as lessee, agrees to hire Inside Line Racing, as lessor, for its services during the above mentioned date and time
2) GENERAL RULES:
A) Parents must instruct children to refrain from stepping on the foam race track.
B) Parents must instruct children to refrain from rough housing.
C) The radio-controlled transmitters are not to be used in any other fashion than intended.
D) Food, drinks, gum, candy, or any other sticky substances are not allowed within the vicinity of the foam race track.
3) RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
The lessee shall assume full responsibility for any, but not limited to, all injuries that may occur during event. Lessor and its officers, employees, and agents is/are not responsible for any injuries occurring to the lessee and/or any persons using Inside Line Racing services, and the lessee further agrees to hold the lessor and its officers, employees, and agents free and harmless from any injuries or claims. The lessee shall indemnify the lessor and its officers, employees, and agents from any costs incurred due to claims from anyone and for attorney's fees related costs involving the use of Inside Line Racing services, should any legal action become necessary.
4) DAMAGE:
Any damage to personal equipment from unintended use will be the lessee's responsibility.
5) FEES/CANCELLATIONS:
Full payment of $335 is required upon sign up. Last day to cancel camp is June 10, 2009 with a $100 fee. After June 10, 2009 no refunds will be issued.
6) CAMP END TIME:
The lessee shall agree to pick up child within 10 minutes (grace period) after the end time of camp. The lessee understands and agrees that Inside Line Racing will not be responsible for any child left after the 10 minute grace period.
